Job Description:

Job Title: Packaging Manager
Experience: 4-6 Years
Industry: Beauty / Personal Care / Nutraceutical
Location: Deldi (Pitampura) On-site

Key Responsibilities
Packaging Development & NPD
 Assist in development of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging
 Support end-to-end execution of NPD projects
 Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Production, and Procurement teams
 Develop and approve packaging samples and prototypes
 Manage artwork execution and ensure print accuracy
Technical & Material Knowledge
 Experience with rigid packaging (HDPE, PET, PP, Glass, Injection/Blow molding)
 Flexible packaging (Laminates, Pouches, Sachets)
 Labels, Mono cartons, Corrugated boxes
 Basic knowledge of packaging testing (Drop, Leak, Compression tests)
 Understanding of GSM, Micron, MVTR/OTR concepts
Vendor Management
 Coordinate with domestic vendors for sampling and supply
 Track lead times, MOQ, and delivery schedules
 Support cost negotiations and alternate vendor development
 Monitor quality issues and corrective actions
Cost Optimization
 Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities
 Benchmark pricing across vendors
Documentation & Compliance
 Maintain packaging specifications and technical sheets
 Update BOM and packaging trackers
 Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance

Candidate Requirements
 4-6 years of experience in Packaging Development
 Beauty / Personal Care experience preferred
 Strong coordination and follow-up skills
 Good knowledge of printing processes
 Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
