About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven RM Sourcing Manager to manage procurement and
sourcing of raw materials, ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely supply.
The ideal candidate should have strong vendor negotiation skills, cost analysis capability, and
experience working closely with production and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
Raw Material Sourcing
 Identify and onboard new raw material suppliers
 Negotiate pricing, credit terms, MOQs, and supply agreements
 Ensure consistent quality and timely availability of raw materials
Cost Optimization
 Analyze market trends and pricing benchmarks
 Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality
 Monitor contribution margins and input cost fluctuations
Vendor & Supply Coordination
 Maintain strong relationships with vendors
 Coordinate with production and operations for demand planning
 Track inventory levels and avoid stock-outs or overstocking
Compliance & Documentation
 Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders and contracts
 Maintain supplier database and performance tracking
 Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For
 3–4 years of experience in raw material sourcing or procurement
 Strong negotiation and commercial skills
 Experience in beauty, Personal industry preferred
 Understanding of costing, margins, and supply chain coordination
 Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
