Role Objective

Build, scale and lead the Architectural & Sports Surfaces vertical across India and GCC markets leveraging Koochie Global’s brand, infrastructure and stakeholder ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop 3-year growth roadmap
• Build GTM strategy
• Activate existing stakeholder network
• Expand institutional and project sales
• Build specification pipeline (architects, consultants)
• Lead pricing & margin strategy
• Build distributor & channel network
• Deliver revenue & EBITDA targets

• Cross-sell architectural surfaces into playground / fitness projects
• Bundle solutions
• Monetize existing client relationships
• Increase wallet share per project

Summary 
We are hiring a Business Unit Head with proven P&L ownership in building materials or architectural products. The candidate must have successfully launched and scaled products in institutional and project markets, built channel networks, and managed revenue portfolios of ₹50Cr+. This is a leadership role with GTM ownership, pricing control, and EBITDA accountability.
