Job Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial construction projects
* Supervise site activities, contractors, vendors, and project teams
* Ensure project completion within defined timelines and budgets
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Monitor RCC work, finishing activities, quality standards, and site safety
* Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and material planning
* Handle billing, BOQ verification, and project documentation
* Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution
* Ensure compliance with construction standards and company requirements

Required Skills:
* Strong experience in real estate or construction project execution
* Knowledge of RCC structure, finishing work, and site management
* Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, and coordination
* Ability to manage multiple teams and contractors effectively
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
* Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or township projects preferred
* Stable career background with hands-on site execution exposure
* Candidates from real estate developers or construction companies will be preferred
