Job Description:
- Project Planning & Feasibility: Conduct financial analysis, market studies, and define project scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Development Coordination: Manage the design, permitting, and approval processes with architects, engineers, and municipal authorities.
- Construction Supervision: Monitor on-site construction progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Risk Mitigation & Reporting: Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and investors.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between developers, investors, and project teams to ensure alignment.
