Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based business owners & decision-makers
- Schedule qualified B2B appointments for the sales team
- Identify and qualify leads as per defined criteria
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Meet daily & weekly appointment targets
- Coordinate with internal sales teams for smooth handovers
- Maintain professionalism, consistency, and result focus
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent English communication (US/Neutral accent preferred)
- Experience in B2B appointment setting, international sales, or tele calling is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Comfortable working in US night shift
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
- Ready for 100% work from office (Ahmedabad)
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
