Job Description:

Position: Assistant Manager- R&D - Bharuch
Location: Sayakha, Bharuch
Experience: 4+years
Bond: 2years

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Master’s degree in Organics Chemistry chemical engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in R&D within specialty chemicals or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of chemical synthesis, formulation, and characterization techniques.
• Familiarity with analytical instruments (GC, HPLC, FTIR, KF, etc.).
• Understanding of scale-up processes and industrial chemical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct experiments to develop new specialty chemical formulations and improve existing ones.
• Analyze chemical properties, performance, and application potential.
• Translate lab-scale findings into pilot and production-scale processes
• Assist in planning and executing R&D projects within timelines and budgets.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and marketing teams to align R&D outcomes with business needs.
• Provide technical expertise to manufacturing teams during scale-up and troubleshooting.
• Support customer-specific product development and application testing
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards in all R&D activities.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and test results.
