Role Function Is responsible for the design, analysis, and coordination of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for various building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop HVAC systems, including chilled water, DX, ventilation, and exhaust systems, based on project requirements.
• Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, and static pressure calculations using industry-standard software.
• Prepare HVAC design drawings, equipment schedules, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant standards and codes.
• Coordinate HVAC layouts with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents from contractors.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify installation compliance with design intent and specifications.
Requirements to Apply:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in HVAC design within an Architectural or MEP Consultancy.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC design software such as HAP or Carrier E20-II.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment selection, and ductwork design principles.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and UAE authority regulations.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
