Accounts Manager

We are looking to hire a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the role of Accounts Manager to oversee the accounting operations of our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced, process-driven, and capable of leading a small team while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Role Overview

1. Manage end-to-end accounting, including consolidation of accounts, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.
2. Set up and streamline accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
3.Lead and manage a team of 4–5 accounting staff, ensuring clarity of roles, timely deliverables, and accountability.

Experience & Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of experience in accounting, compliance, and audits.
- Proven experience handling accounting operations, preferably within a trading or import-export environment.
- Strong experience in statutory filings, including GST, TDS, ROC, audit schedules, and direct tax matters.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, delegate responsibilities, and foster a culture of accountability.

Key Competencies

- Expertise in group account consolidation and financial reporting.
- Readiness for audits, including preparation of audit schedules and direct coordination with auditors.
- Proficient in MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and financial analysis.
