Technical Recruiter
Job Description:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles, including but not limited to software developers, project managers, and QA/testers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and candidates to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
• Leverage advanced recruitment tools and techniques to attract and engage top talent.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to refine hiring strategies.
• Facilitate a smooth and efficient candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Identify potential hiring challenges, take initiative, and implement strategic solutions to optimize the recruitment process.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in technical recruitment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ATS, job boards, and social media recruiting.
Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain industry relationships.
Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for recruitment excellence.
