Qualifications: B.Sc or M.Sc with 2-3 years of experience
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Pharma or Chemical intermediates company.

Job description:

* Execute multi step organic synthesis for target molecules as per given SOP
* Optimize reaction conditions to improve yield, purity.
* Purification technics by distillation, crystallization, high vacuum distillation.
* Handle reagents, solvents, and catalysts safely, adhering to safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Interpretation of analytical tools like HPLC, GC, TLC to characterize compounds
* Record experimental procedures, observations, and results in lab notebooks and good documentation practices.
* Handling of hazardous chemicals as per SOP.
* Pilot plant and scale Up activities
* Good house keeping
