Sr. Project Engineer HVAC

Job Description:

• Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of HVAC projects
• Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Collaborate with the HVAC design team to optimize system performance and efficiency
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members
• Maintain documentation and records of project activities, including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in HVAC project management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and systems
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of relevant industry codes and regulations
