Job Description:
Urgent opening for UK Recruiter in Ahmedabad & Rajkot location.
Experience: min 5 years
Timing : 1 pm -11 pm (Monday to Friday, alternate Saturday off)
Excellent English fluency required
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates: Use job boards, social media, and networking events to find candidates
- Screening candidates: Filter resumes and applications to match candidates to the job's needs
- Conducting interviews: Assess candidates to ensure they have the right skills and cultural fit
- Managing the recruitment process: Work with hiring managers from initial contact to offer negotiation
- Developing a talent pipeline: Maintain a pool of candidates for future hiring needs
- Staying updated on recruitment trends: Keep up with market trends and best practices
- Providing a positive candidate experience: Communicate and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner
