Job Description:
Position: Operations Executive – KYC
Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
Key Responsibilities:
- KYC document verification and scrutiny as per applicable KYC/AML requirements.
- Onboarding and KYC processing of regulated entities.
- KYC data entry, validation, updation and record maintenance.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.
- Maintain KYC trackers, MIS and operational records.
- Ensure timely completion of activities as per defined TATs.
- Support KYC reviews, audits and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, back office, KYC/AML in banking, capital markets or financial services.
- Good knowledge of KYC documentation and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and coordination skills.
